For all construction related projects, we will develop and facilitate the proposal process including budget and pricing, proposal writing, contract negotiations, design development, conceptual design presentations, selecting build-out teams and bidding processes, sourcing of FF&E and custom made furniture & lighting packages, feature brand detailing, project management to assure all phases or construction, OS&E and FF&E delivere at the highest quality and on schedule, while managing pre-opening Master Checklists and Critical Path Schedules, budgets and schedules to assure all are maintained.

Will develop the teams to deliver full architectural plan sets to include building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & fire protection system designs to meet owner-specified performance requirements and all applicable governing codes. Collaborate with licensed design professionals to provide all construction documents required to implement owner defined project requirements and we oversee all facets of the project through completion.
